A little about me
I like making life easier for founders and senior executives.
I’ve spent more than 20 years helping people manage the moving parts of their working lives, from everyday executive support to complex projects and business-critical details.
I started Flamingo PA in 2017 to offer founders flexible access to experienced support, without the need to employ someone full-time.
I’m at my best when I’m bringing order to a busy situation, joining the dots and making sure things happen. Whatever the task, my approach is always the same: understand what needs to happen, take ownership, and keep things moving in the right direction.

A little bit about my background.
Before establishing Flamingo PA in 2017, I spent 15 years working as a PA and in executive support roles within fast-paced creative agency environments.
I’ve supported c-suite leaders, entrepreneurs and executive teams, gaining experience across administration, operations, marketing, events and project coordination.
That breadth means I can adapt to different businesses, personalities and priorities. I’m comfortable managing the details, coordinating multiple stakeholders and helping things move forward when there’s a lot going on.
